ONE - USA is governed by a Board of Directors dedicated to advancing the organization's mission while ensuring responsible stewardship of its resources, programs, and public trust.

Our Board provides strategic leadership, establishes organizational policies, oversees financial accountability, and ensures that all activities remain aligned with our mission of improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through advocacy, inclusion, independent living, education, and community engagement.

As a nonprofit organization, we recognize that public trust is earned through transparency, ethical leadership, and responsible governance.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of ONE - USA. Board members establish the organization's long-term vision, approve policies, oversee financial stewardship, support fundraising, monitor organizational performance, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and protect the mission and integrity of the organization. Directors are expected to act in the best interests of the organization and the communities it serves.

Executive Leadership

The Executive Leadership Team manages the day-to-day operations of ONE - USA under the direction of the Board of Directors. Executive leadership is responsible for implementing Board policies, administering programs, managing finances, coordinating volunteers, developing partnerships, overseeing advocacy initiatives, and ensuring the organization's continued growth and effectiveness.

Transparency

ONE - USA believes transparency builds trust. We are committed to maintaining accurate financial records, complying with applicable nonprofit reporting requirements, following our governing documents, responsibly managing charitable resources, communicating openly with our stakeholders, and conducting ethical fundraising activities.

Ethical Leadership

Every officer, director, employee, and volunteer is expected to conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and respect. We believe ethical leadership requires accountability, responsible decision-making, fairness, and a commitment to serving the best interests of our members and the public.

Conflict of Interest

ONE - USA maintains policies designed to identify and appropriately manage actual or perceived conflicts of interest. Directors, officers, employees, and key volunteers are expected to disclose potential conflicts and, when appropriate, recuse themselves from discussions or decisions where an impartial judgment could reasonably be questioned.
